When to start
Start Baseline when your instincts say change is on the table. Before a rebrand, after a merger, with new leadership, when growth slows, decisions drag, or the story inside no longer matches what customers feel.
How it works
Remote first, in person when it helps. Week one is discovery: short leadership interviews, anonymous team pulse, and a light review of core materials. Week two is measurement and decision: we score Alignment and Trust, rank opportunities, then finish with a readout and a Priority Map so owners and dates are set and delivery starts.
What we need
Access to leaders for short interviews, access to the team for anonymous pulse, core materials, data, and supporting insights you may already have. Optional, 5-10 customers for short interviews.
Confidentiality
We work with private information and candid interviews. We share themes, not quotes. Data is handled under NDA.

Many teams choose Rally to turn the plan into action. Others pause and use the priority map internally. We meet you where you are.
What if we’re ready to make the moves ourselves?
Great. Baseline stands on its own. You keep the readout, Scorecard, Opportunity map and Ambition priorities, and you can run the plan with your team. If you want a light touch, we can do a 30-day check-in or set quarterly Rhythm. If you later want extra pace and structure, we can move into Rally. No lock-in.
